- UPS protection — comms cabinet battery backup so a power blink doesn't halt the business
- Network upgrades — port speed upgrades to 1000Mbps, switch replacements, WiFi refreshes
- Documentation & handover — labelled patch panels, network diagrams, credentials handed to your IT team

- 2 — Design & fixed quote: equipment list, port counts, VLAN plan — itemised
- 3 — Installation: cabling, rack build, switch and firewall setup — clean and labelled
- 4 — Configuration: VLANs, WiFi SSIDs, firewall rules, guest isolation, remote access
- 5 — Testing: every port tested and verified, WiFi coverage checked room by room
- 6 — Handover: diagrams, labels, credentials, training — your IT team inherits a network they understand
COMMON QUESTIONS
- Can you work with our existing equipment? Yes — we assess, reuse what's viable and replace only what needs replacing.
- Do you coordinate with our builders/fit-out team? Yes — we work to your programme, and cabling goes in at the right stage (before floors and furniture).
- Can you split guest WiFi from business systems? Yes — VLAN isolation is standard on our installs.
- Do you cover areas outside Manchester? Yes — UK-wide through our engineers and vetted subcontractor network.
