Modern audio-visual is a network service: displays on IP VLANs, conferencing bars on PoE, signage players pulling content over your LAN, room systems tied into Microsoft 365. When AV is installed by AV-only crews, the network team inherits mystery devices. When Triset installs it, the room works — and your IT team can see, manage and secure everything.
WHAT WE INSTALL

- Structured cabling for AV — HDMI-over-Cat6 extenders, PoE for bars and players, tidy rack builds

- Huddle rooms (2–6 people): display + all-in-one conferencing bar — £1,000–£2,500 installed
- Meeting rooms (6–12): larger display or dual screens, table mic coverage, room PC or MTR bar — £2,500–£5,000
- Boardrooms: dual displays, dedicated conferencing codec, ceiling mics, automated control — £5,000–£10,000+
- Training/classrooms: projector or large-format display, wireless presentation, speakers
- Reception/signage walls: single screens to video walls with managed playback

The difference between a working conferencing room and an expensive frustration is configuration: correct room-resource mailboxes in Microsoft 365, one-tap join, proper audio tuning, firmware management, and network QoS so calls stay crisp when the office is busy. We install the hardware AND wire it into your IT environment properly — with handover training so staff actually use it.
